My Upline Coach from Team Beachbody encouraged me to do 3000 sit-ups this month – which is equivalent to 100 per day. If you want to start now, it’s not to late. you may have to do 104 to catch up by the end of the month.
Anyways, I’m not 300 sit-ups in and damn.. My stomach is feeling it haha.
My question: Can you do it?

I will keep this post a bit brief – but I just need to tell the world!!
I made the important decision to become a Team Beachbody coach the other day. Shaun T’s Insanity program has inspired me sooo much to become an active person. I’ve been obese most of my life (probably all of my life) and Insanity really isn’t a program for beginners, or obese people – like myself. But I don’t take a “you can’t do this” lightly. I gave it a shot and it has opened me up to a new perspective of fitness. I used to believe I could do what others could do.. just not as fast.. Well Insanity had me begging for mercy halfway through the fit test on day one. The next day I gave the second DVD a try.. and yet again – I was wiped.. only halfway through the warm-up. I have since been able to go further in each DVD and I want to pass my experience onto others. Not the Insanity program, but to encourage others to become fit. And this is why I became a Team Beachbody coach in brief.
