Insanity… Begin!

I’ve decided to give Insanity a try. It’s a very intense workout – intended for those who are already somewhat active. I’m occasionally active… so I decided anyways to give this intense program a shot and trust me, when I say it’s intense… it’s intense. I’m a bigger guy, so I would have more trouble doing things, but the fit-test or even the warm-up is hard. By the end of the warm-up, you’re worn out. But Shaun T helps to motivate you and “dig deeper.” Below is a video I found on youtube which advertises the program.

I’m on day 2, and it seems like the first month is mostly cardio. Hopefully I can get through it all. I’m trying. Even if I can’t fully complete an activity, I’m not stopping! I’ll try to keep up-to-date information about my progress.

If you guys have done any workout routines, or your personal advice on weight loss exercises, I’ll be glad to hear them.
