June – 3000 sit-up challenge – Day 3

My Upline Coach from Team Beachbody encouraged me to do 3000 sit-ups this month – which is equivalent to 100 per day. If you want to start now, it’s not to late. you may have to do 104 to catch up by the end of the month.
Anyways, I’m not 300 sit-ups in and damn.. My stomach is feeling it haha.
My question: Can you do it?





Glad you got something back on yoursite that seems to be regularly updated. Keep it up, it’ll be a nice read for me :]
